First Graders on the First Day!

Morning Routine

We have three important jobs to do once we walk in the door.

1.) Drop off lunch in our blue crate.

2.) Do lunch count so the teacher knows I'm here.

3.) Check my yellow folder for anything to hand in, then put it in my mailbox.

And of course... Greet my teacher with a smile to start another fantastic day!

First Day of School!

What a wonderful day getting to know the class!  We spent time learning about each other and some routines. I think we even got rid of some jitters! It was a fun day!

Summer!

I cannot wait to meet you & hear all about your summer!  Here is what I have been up to...

My husband and I spent about 3 weeks in Ireland.  We try to go each summer because Mr. McAndrew's father has a house and family there.

While we were in Ireland, we explored beautiful cliffs, rode bikes, and I even had an afternoon tea in a castle! 

We always try to go somewhere new.  This summer, it was to Rome, Italy!  We did a lot of walking & ate plenty of yummy gelato! 

It was a fantastic summer, but now I am ready for another school year to begin! I hope you are too!!
